Happier social networking app makes me happy

Happier is a new app I found on my phone last night while browsing the iPhones App Store. I don't work for them nor am I getting paid to write this but I just wanted to share this great app with everyone. These days social networks are flooded with negative people, comments and ideas. I like to call Facebook, "fake book", because people mostly post only certain things and sort of create a fictional life online. I have refrained from sharing certain information on Facebook just because I don't want so many people giving their two sense about topics I post. This is why I like the idea of Happier. Happier is based on only focusing on the happy things in life. They don't have to be big achievements but anything that makes you happy. There is scientific study that backs this practice that from focusing on more happy things in your life you will feel less stressed and lower your risk of heart attack. It has been a breath of fresh air being on this network and I'm already looking and thinking of things that make me happy. If you are tired of peoples negative posts on other social networks, I highly recommend Happier. Now it's time for me to go post about how this blog makes me happy.

  2. Love it!!! This makes me very happy, makes sense FB can be so draining! I actually deleted my account from 2008 6 months ago, you can delete FB. I made a new one a few weeks ago but only have 26 people on it as opposed to the 200+ before, deleting it was the best thing I did. I hope I can get Happy on Android.
